I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
The size may not be in stock. If this happens we recommend reaching out to us via the contact page to request for this size as we take that into consideration while choosing inventory.

Can I track my order ?
Orders can be tracked upon shipping via email.

I forgot to use my discount code
There are no ways to apply discount codes after an order is made the best decision would be to use the discount code on another order.

Is it safe to order online?
Yes, its completely safe to order online here as we are a secure website & legitimate ecommerce business. There are no physical locations so if you aren't buying online from this site there should be skepticism.

Has my order been sent yet ?
Orders are checked & processed by 4:30 everyday Mon-Fri. No orders are processed on weekends due to shipping.

Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept CC or DC payments through multiple platforms including PayPal, Stripe & a few other platforms.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?
Local Deliveries (5 mile radius from fulfillment center) take 1-3 days
Shipped orders take 3-5 days

How do they run (how is the fit)?
Alvis run true to size / small. If you're a half size we recommend getting a half size bigger than your usual size if youre a .5 wearer. If you wear a full size you should be fine ordering your true size.
